Unhabit is made by Nathan Edkin. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Unhabit.

Your data stays on your device
Unhabit has no accounts and no server run by us. Your unhabits, cravings, slips, check-ins and notes are stored on your iPhone. We cannot see them and they are never sent to us.
Advertising and tracking
Unhabit has no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. We don't collect your name, email, location, contacts, advertising identifiers or usage analytics.
Purchases
Unhabit Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. Earlier Unhabit Premium purchases (yearly subscription or Lifetime) are still honored. Apple processes all payments through the App Store; we never receive your payment details. Apple confirms what you own on your device so Pro can unlock and restore. Apple's handling is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
iCloud
Not used. Your logs are not synced to any cloud service.
Widgets
Home and Lock Screen widgets read your progress from a shared container on the same device. Nothing leaves your iPhone.
Permissions
Notifications, only if you turn on reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device and no notification content leaves your iPhone. Unhabit does not access location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or Apple Health.
Exports
If you export your recovery report, it goes only where you choose to send it from the share sheet.
Your control
Erase everything in Settings > Erase All Data. Deleting the app removes its data from your device.
Children
Unhabit is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
